Booking fees are strictly non refundable. If you need to change your appointment please give 48 hours notice. After the 48 hours you will have to rebook a new appointment with a new booking fee.

If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled.

If you are going to be late please inform us prior. 

Lashes cannot be removed and put back on in the same day.  We advise to leave a 12 hour gap before having a full set put on again.

We do not infill any other technicians work, however we do remove other technicians' work.

If you are under 16 and are coming for a lash or brow treatment, you will need to come with written parent permission to allow tilly to go ahead with the treatment.

If there are any problems with your lash extensions and you let us know within 3 days, we will fix the problem free of charge. anything after the 3 days will be charged as the appropriate service.

You must be 18 years of age or older to book for any injectable treatments and  are required to bring a valid form of ID. Failure to comply with this requirement could result in you being turnt away.
